I currently have $10.19 in the app for the last couple of months. today I tried to use it in a kiosk at the workplace and the kiosk said I had .27 cents. So the kiosk asked me I inserted $4 dollars and decided not to complete the order and then the machine did not credit or refund me. this was the third time and the previous time I inserted $5dollars cash into the kiosk to add a balance on the mobile app it was never credited. I've just added $20. So I'm down $35. can I please have a refund?
Very difficult to receive money back if any errors occur when using this app. They wanted all kinds of identification just to give me back my 8 dollar something order. So I hope you are happy with keeping it. Will not use or recommend.

It's nice when it works, but most of the time I can't use it because it says I am not connected to the internet....and I always am.
